Associate a Project to a Work Activity
Work orders and service requests can be associated to a project. This is helpful for keeping track of costs associated with projects.
From a Work Order
- Open the work order.
- Select a project from the Project drop-down list or the Project Tree in the Details panel.
- Click Save.
From a Service Request
- Open the service request.
- Select a project from the Project Name drop-down list or the Project Tree in the Service Request panel.
- Click Save.
